Traffic Ticket Secrets

While I may not agree with ‘getting out of a traffic ticket’ if you did the crime. This does seem like an interesting read if you have gotten a ticket, especially if it is a high dollar amount. The author states -

At least 90% of speeding tickets today have nothing to do with public safety. This so-called ’traffic safety program’ has been perfectly devised to target unsuspecting drivers like you and I with absurdly low speed limits.

We’re conned into paying hundreds of dollars in penalties and surcharges and told it’s for our own good.

Don’t be fooled anymore. The fortunate thing for you is that this money hungry monster has exploitable weak spots it absolutely cannot defend against. I will reveal each one of these weaknesses and show you exactly how to manipulate them to… get it here

Convert text to a PDF file

Have a bunch of text that you would like to convert to a PDF quickly?

Many times I have a large amount of text I need to read on the go. A great way to take it with me is to drop the text on a PDF creation tool that makes a eBook I can take with me to read on the go.

For a Mac: Choose to ‘Print’ the document from the ‘File’ pull down. A window pops up with a “Print” button. On the lower left corner of that window is a “PDF” button that has many options to have a PDF of the content created.

For Windows: Here is a Free Text to PDF converter tool:  http://www.verypdf.com/txt2pdf/index.htm

If you wish to convert other text types of files to PDF so you can take it with you – here is a long page of many options you can use – some free, some for charge:

eSlick: Foxit’s e-Reading Device

A new device coming to market from Foxit to compete with the Sony and Amazon mobile book readers. It’s selling points are less buttons and less expensive. It’s negatives is it is limited to PDF books and MP3 audio book formats and compared to the Kindle it uses USB for loading books rather than free wireless (which is a good thing to some people way of using). The first model to market has 128 megs of memory internal and will accept up to a 4 gig SD card.

From the pictures, the screen looks nice, we will have to see one in person to know for sure. See the eSlick’s site here
